By downloading, installing, or using Golf Caddie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Golf Caddie is a mobile application that helps golfers track their scores, statistics, and performance using voice commands and manual input. The App includes:

• Score tracking and statistics
• Voice command functionality
• Course database and custom course creation
• Credits system for premium features
• Data synchronization across devices

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information

4. Credits and In-App Purchases

The App uses a credits system:

• Credits can be earned through regular app usage
• Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases
• Credits are used to unlock premium features
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify credit values and pricing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated systems to interact with the App
• Abuse the credits system or exploit bugs

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of data you create (scores, notes, custom courses). By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process this data to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of statistics or calculations
• Compatibility with all devices

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
